Real Estate is a relationship based business.  I can relate to anyone.  I've been in the customer service industry for decades -  rubbing elbows with business owners, purchasing goods and owning businesses and properties myself.  I know how to negotiate a deal and have the highest ethical accord for all of my clients and transactions.  

When a real estate broker acts in an agency capacity for client in a transaction, the broker functions under certain legally mandated duties called fiduciary duties, acting in the best interests of the client. In a fiduciary capacity, it is the duty of the real estate broker to protect the clients' privacy and keep all information confidential, unless required to divulge it by a court of law.
